SCFD3 Career members work 24 hours on and 48 hours off on a A,B,C, shift schedule. These members are supplemented by shift members from outside the boundaries of Fire District #3 as well as our in-district members. Part-Paid members work a 12 hour shift schedule, each member schedules themselves based on their personal availability and what works best for their families and employers.
